GlowAfter drops are formulated using only natural and safe ingredients. It contains a specially produced, diluted, food-grade level of hydrogen peroxide.
Many winemakers and brewers use hydrogen peroxide currently in the winemaking/brewing process to remove preservatives (called sulphites) that can cause allergies for some and increase the symptoms of a hangover. In fact, hydrogen peroxide is permitted as a processing aid (additive) in Australia under the National Health and Medical Research Council’s Food Standards Code 4.5. However, there are still sulphites remaining in your favourite drop of beer, wine and cider (pesky things!) – but for good reason! They keep your favourite drink tasting the same, for longer. The sulphites do have a role to play, but once you’re ready for your drink, there’s no reason not to remove them.
