Delivery and Returns

All GlowAfter orders will be dispatched in 1-3 business days from our Australian warehouse.

GlowAfter delivery in Australia

GlowAfter offers free shipping when you spend over $70.

Orders under $70 will have a flat rate shipping charge of:

• Standard – $8.00 AUD
• Express – $12.00AUD

Estimated shipping times:

Express Post: 1-5 business days

Standard Post: 2-7 business days

Once your package has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will be notified via email.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the time of the year, holidays, and severe weather.

Please enter your mailing address carefully so we can have your GlowAfter products sent to the correct address. We are unable to reimburse product if you provide an incorrect mailing address.

Refunds and exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or experience, we are happy to refund your product as long as your unwanted product is at least 50% full and it is returned within 1 week of purchase. Shipping fees and products listed as on sale are non-refundable. Please provide your order number and reason for refund.

If your product was damaged upon receipt, we will also offer a replacement should you have evidence of the damage through postage and your order number.

Should you be approved for a refund, we will aim to refund you within 12 business days of the product being returned to us, however these times may be impacted during high volume periods.

All returns will be credited to the original method of payment. We cannot process your refund to an alternative card. You will receive an email notification upon completion of return processing.
